How every figure is made and tracked

Wiggle Pets figures are printed in California from PLA plastic for ages 3 and up, and every bag can be traced back to the print run it came from.

Four steps, every figure

Step 1

We print it

Each figure is printed in our Los Angeles workshop and comes off the printer in one piece, joints included.

Step 2

We log the run

The printer, the filament lot and the date are recorded for every print run.

Step 3

We label the bag

Every bag gets a tracking label with its batch codes and the date it was printed.

Step 4

We can trace it back

A batch code finds every figure from the same run, and every order it went to.
