All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at support@wigglepets.com to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

● A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
● Defective, damaged, or wrong-item exceptions: If an item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, Wiggle Pets will cover return shipping, waive the restocking fee, and provide a full refund or free replacement at your choice. Report such issues to support@wigglepets.com or call +1 (310) 926-8420 within 7 days of delivery, including photos of any visible damage and the order number. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label as part of the RMA approval.
